Wellness coach Helen Hopkins and I talk about her life when she lived on "cake, carbs and cola".

She was prediabetic with a sluggish digestion and low concentration. She used to reach out for comfort foods whenever she was stressed.

Now she eats no sugar, her health and energy levels have been transformed, and she has learned to be kind to herself. She's an amazing role model for her daughters.  

At 40 she says that these are the best years of her life!
