"You can train your brain to NOT like sugar": Keith

Keith used to drink six cans of Coke a day. And with each soda, he would have a bag of crisps (chips), or a chocolate bar.
He knew it wasn't healthy, but he couldn't stop. He'd get withdrawal symptoms.
As an adult, Keith learned hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and coaching. These skills helped him with his shyness and his panic attacks.
Keith developed a process that takes something you like and turns it into something you dislike. He tried it with Coke... and it worked! He went from craving Coke to feeling physically nauseous just at the thought of drinking it.
Over the course of six months, he lost 25 kilograms.
He was able to change the associations in his mind, as well as his feelings about the memories he had around soda.
