Listen to episode 93:
"Teaching our kids about real foods is the key": Lauren

October 23, 2022

Do you have kids?
(Or grandkids)

In this episode, I'm talking with Lauren Bryson, who's a cooking instructor for kids, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition and host of the Go Play in the Dirt Podcast.

Lauren  specializes in digestive wellness, the microbiome, autoimmune conditions and the gut-brain connection.

And she also teaches kids how to cook with real whole foods! (ie: NOT sugar...)

When I first started my sugar free life back in 2015, my child was 7.
I was worried about what kind of role model I was being as a mother, and whether I was setting a good example for her.
But you know what?
Reducing or cutting sugar was one of the best things you can do for your kids!
Because as Lauren says, you can also create new habits, like finding recipes and cooking together.

Listen to our chat about teaching the next generation about the wonders of real foods!
