Eventually she went to see a holistic practitioner and started to do an elimination diet, starting with one month excluding gluten, caffeine, alcohol... and added sugars.
After 10 years of chronic issues, Phoebe's symptoms improved dramatically. Her liver healed, her skin cleared up, and her inflammation went down, which meant that her auto-immune issues improved. Amazing!
